Network and System Security

Explore principles of network & system security, including secure protocols, hardening OS, cloud, and network devices using latest techniques.

In this module, we will focus on developing skills in designing, implementing, and managing secure computer networks and systems to protect against cyber attacks. We will cover a range of topics, including network security protocols, secure network design, firewalls, virtual private networks, virtualisation, and containers etc. We will also learn about the latest industry-standard tools and techniques to harden networks and systems, including Windows, Linux and Active Directory, routers, cloud etc. Upon completing the course, you will be equipped with the requisite skills to implement security measures to protect networks and systems against cyber attacks.
