The NEW Cyber Security 101 learning path covers topics necessary for building a foundation in cyber security. Furthermore, it introduces valuable security tools for everyone, regardless of whether they continue with offensive or defensive security.
Previously, the Complete Beginner and Introduction to Cyber Security learning paths were favourites for beginners and anyone starting with cyber security. We decided to merge the two paths to create the Cyber Security 101 learning path, combining 8 existing modules that have been completely revamped, with 5 brand new modules to ensure it is fully updated, refreshed, and easy to digest!

A: Our Intro to Cyber Security and Complete Beginner learning paths were two of our most popular TryHackMe paths and we have always seen great feedback! We wanted to use that feedback to teach existing topics better and cover new areas. We created 31 new rooms and revamped existing rooms in order to bring you to this Cyber Security 101 learning path. Cyber Security 101 caters to both beginners and users who want to revisit the fundamentals. The updated learning path will improve the learning outcomes and make it a go-to resource for anyone starting in cyber security!

A: Eventually, yes. However, the Intro to Cyber Security and Complete Beginner paths will still be available until further notice, so you can still complete these if you wish to.
