Request Tenant Access

Before moving forward, please make sure you have already access to your Entra ID Tenant which will be needed to access the practical labs throughout the Entra ID module. 

Sent Request

On the top bar of this room you will see a button stating "Request tenant environment", as shown in the screenshot below:

Go ahead and click that button to send the request. A successful request is indicated by the notification on the top right of the page. Wait up to 5 working days (normally quicker) for your company tenant to get provisioned.

Access is ready

Once you have access to your Entra ID tenant, the button in the top bar will be greyed out and stating "Tenant ready", as shown in the screenshot below:

We are all set now and can continue with the room.

IAM components support the authentication and authorization of these and other identities.

What Is Microsoft Entra ID?

Microsoft Entra ID, formerly known as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), is an identity and access management solution from Microsoft that is used to secure and manage identities across all types of cloud environments.

Who Uses Microsoft Entra ID?

Microsoft Entra ID is mainly used by:

• App developers
• Microsoft 365, Office 365, Azure subscribers
