Once you've written your post, email [email protected] with a link to the blog post - where one of the TryHackMe team will review and award you tickets!

Update: You can submit your blog posts up until 13th July, after which all blog submissions won't be eligible for extra tickets.

Share your referral link with your friends (found here), when they sign up using your referral link and get at least 100 points (or subscribes) both you and your friend get a free ticket.

You can check your referrals and their points on the referral page. Once your friend reaches 100 points, email us with your TryHackMe username and we will award you and your friend an extra ticket. 

You can get a maximum of 10 extra tickets for inviting friends.

Frequently Asked Questions

What rooms can I win tickets in?
You can only win tickets in rooms that are part of the Pre-Security learning path. We may extend the ticket promotion to other rooms in the future.

Where can I see my tickets?
You can see all your tickets on your public profile page.

How many tickets can I redeem per room?
Free users can redeem 1 ticket, and premium users get to redeem 2.

What if I have already completed a room?
If you've previously completed a room in the learning path and didn't win your ticket, you can reset your progress and redo the room.

What happens if I subscribe after I've complete the room?
If you subscribe after a ticket-eligible room has been complete, you can't redeem that room's second ticket. You need to be subscribed before the room is complete if you want both (otherwise you'll only get a single ticket).

How do I get my prizes?
Most of the prizes you can claim automatically. However, email us if you've won any of the following: OSCP Voucher or Security+ Voucher.

How are tickets chosen when I complete a room?
When you complete a room and win a ticket, it's randomly chosen based on the prize's rarity rating. For example, you're 5x more likely to win a streak freeze ticket than the OSCP-Voucher. The more rooms you complete, the higher the chance is of you getting a high-value prize!

How long do the sticker and discount swag shop vouchers last?

Any vouchers for our swag shop are valid until September 1st.

How long do I keep the lucky level for?

When the ticket promotion is over (15th July), your lucky title will disappear and your level will be recalculated.
